YOU Belong Here! Growing. Sharing. Serving... TOGETHER!
"But these are written, that ye might believe that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God; and that believing ye might have life through his name." (John 20:31) GOD We believe in ONE God and His Name is JESUS! We believe that God has revealed Himself as Father, Son, and the Holy Spirit. THE BIBLE We believe the Bible to be 100% true, containing within it no error or contradictions. It is the chief living authority in all of our lives. THE GOSPEL We believe the Gospel to be the death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus Christ. We believe that when the Gospel is fused to our lives true transformation occurs. SALVATION - ACTS 2:38 We believe that all have sinned and are in need of the Savior. Jesus Christ is that Savior and He gives us access to salvation by His death on the cross, burial, and resurrection. Salvation is freely given to all who believe and live out the New Testament experience of repentance, baptism in Jesus’ Name, and the infilling of the Holy Spirit. TRANSFORMATION We believe that once you experience salvation through the Gospel, transformation begins. God loves us too much to leave us the way we are. Once you experience God; new life begins. THE CHURCH We believe that the church is God’s Plan A for spreading the Gospel and loving the loveless. We accomplish this through what we refer to as, "Reaching, Teaching, and Serving." HEALING During His earthly ministry, Jesus Christ "went about doing good, and healing all that were oppressed of the devil." (Acts 10:38). The Lord Jesus is the same yesterday, today and forever (Heb. 13:8). He still heals all who will call upon Him in faith, humility and obedience. In the church age the prayer of faith still saves (or heals) the sick (James 5:15). COMMUNITY We believe that we are to be sharing the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Taking this faith-walk with the company of those around us.

To every single person that donated money, thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you. Many of you know that David had to unexpectedly have open heart surgery while Kelli was pregnant with Eli. Soon after Eli was born, David began updating his life insurance policies to ensure his family was taken care of if something happened to him. They bought a policy on Eli at the same time and hadn’t thought about it since. Unfortunately, they didn’t take out a policy on Kara. Your donations have been their life insurance for our Kare Bear. To know David Moneymaker is to know that he will do just about anything for anyone in need and never expects or wants anything in return. He never asked or expected for this to be set up. We set it up for them because so many of you reached out to us asking how you could help. We have all been so humbled by all of your generosity. To the Bethel Church family, there really are just not enough words. Our family has been truly treated like royalty this week. When I first spoke to Pastor Lee he said, “Heather, we want these services to be first class.” I can not even tell you how proud I am of every single one of you. From the parking attendants, the ushers, the cleaning crew, the church attendants, the greeters, the sound and light team, the musicians, and all the way to the ministry, you guys were amazing. Honestly, everything was perfect....and you guys know I have high standards. 😝 I truly would not have changed anything. The love and tedious work that you poured into preparing and serving shined through your smiling faces. I really tried to thank as many of you as I possibly could but I know I missed some of you. Thank you from the very bottom of my heart. I know so many of the church family experienced a similar loss to my uncle, before I was born. It still feels as if I’m living in a nightmare and I know it must seem the same for so many of you. How can one family go through such a tragic loss to drowning not once but twice. Remember my grandparents in this time of mourning. They are the strongest and most unselfish people o have ever met. I know they try to be so strong for all of us but they are hurting more than we can even begin to imagine for their great-grand baby. They saw her every day and she loved her Poppa like no other. Please love on them when I can’t be around. (Don’t do it when I’m around though. LOL. If you didn’t already know I’m REAL possessive with my Gram and Pop!!! 😂) To our dear friends and family, thank you for showing up. My heart just felt like it would explode from the love that filled the room hour after hour during the visitation. One of our greeters said he kept counting after the number of guests got to 1,000. Some of you stood in lines for well over two hours to hug my sister and brother-in-law’s neck. So many of you dropped everything to travel from all over the country to be with us. I just don’t think you all know just how much that meant to us. We are eternally grateful to have you all in our lives. To the Moneymaker family members that prepared and cooked the food for the family reception, thank you! Please continue to be thinking of my sister and her precious family. Eli is only three years old and mourning your baby sister at such a young age is something that a child should not have to experience. Kelli and David will continue to need your love and support. I know you don’t always know what to say. So many times, I don’t even know what to say. I think the best thing to do in times like that is to just hug their necks and tell them you love them. Remind them that you are thinking of and praying for them. Smile and remind them of that one time Kara made you laugh. They want to talk about her. They want to be reminded how adored she was. Keep her memory alive and tell them how precious she was to you. I don’t know what my family even looks like without our sassy little Kara Jo, but I know that with your continued prayers and loving support that we will somehow make it through the hardest and worst year of our lives. We are forever grateful for each and every one of you. “We love you to the moon and back.” 🌙⭐️ Heather Tullos https://www.gofundme.com/kara-jo-moneymaker?utm_source=facebook&utm_medium=social&utm_campaign=fb_co_campmgmt_m
